Talking Benefits Podcast: This Is...Jeop-ARPA-dy!

The latest Talking Benefits podcast episode covers the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021, signed into law by President Biden in March. There are huge implications for all Americans on several levels, but the pod squad spent time diving into some of the benefits provisions specifically.

Never wasting an opportunity to infuse a bit of fun and games into complicated benefits topics, this episode was inspired by one of our favorite game shows, Jeopardy (well, in this case, Jeop-ARPA-dy). I’ll take benefits nerds for 1,000, please!

Categories in this game/episode include COBRA subsidies, multiemployer plan funding, single-employer pension funding provisions, leave updates under FFCRA, dependent care assistance and benefits potpourri. Give it a listen and challenge yourself to the first (and probably last) game of Jeop-ARPA-dy!
